BIKER CHICKBut unfortunately without the motorbike!
Biker Jacket Firetrap at House of Fraser
Tee River Island
Clutch Fiorelli at House of Fraser
Pumps Christian Louboutin
My fashion-trend sources suggest that the Biker jacket will survive another year steadily maintaining its appeal as a wardrobe staple. Hoorah, because I’m smitten with this soft black leather fringed Biker by Firetrap, and I’m not ready to put it in to storage just yet. I love the Firetrap brand; their clothes are great for de-feminising and adding an injection of edginess to an outfit.
I’m always inspired by the disparity of the Biker-Chic style - we all seem to have our own interpretation of how it should be worn. I've seen girls wearing high-top trainers with their jacket, others wear the sexiest tallest stilettos, and some wear it with the prettiest of feminine floaty dresses. I even spotted a picture recently of the rather mature Joan Collins (see here) wearing her Biker with her glamorous attire - you rock girl!
Do you own a Biker jacket and how do you like to wear yours?
Oh by the way, I've never formally asked before, but if you like what you see here on this blog, be a doll and like my Facebook page would you.
